Privacy notice

This is a personal portfolio site operated by Michał Stanisz ("I", "me"). Short version: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or trackers, embeds no third-party content, and has no forms — it does not collect any personal data itself. Fonts are served from this domain, so your browser makes no requests to font providers.

Hosting. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA). Like any web host, Vercel processes technical request data — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp — in server logs for the purpose of delivering the site and keeping it secure. The legal basis is legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Transfers to the US are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses; see Vercel's privacy policy. I do not access or combine these logs with any other data.

External links. Links to GitHub, LinkedIn and X lead to third-party services with their own privacy policies. No data is shared with them by merely viewing this site.

Your rights.Under the GDPR you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: PUODO). Since this site stores no personal data, such requests will usually concern the host's server logs. You can reach me via LinkedIn.
